Overview

This policy explains what information the LOLA Football Live app and website use and why. LOLA Football Live does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address or phone number to use the app.

Information We Use

• Device information: an anonymous app installation identifier, your device platform, app version, language and approximate country, used to run the app, keep it working on your device and understand how many people use it.
• Notifications: if you allow notifications, we store an anonymous push token so we can send match alerts such as kick-offs, goals and results. You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone settings.
• On-device storage: your favourite matches and app preferences are stored on your device.

Advertising

The app is free and supported by ads from Google AdMob. Google may use your device advertising identifier to show and measure ads. Where the law requires it, for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, you are asked for consent first, and you can change your choice at any time from the Ad privacy options in the app menu. You can also reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings.

Analytics & Services

We use Google Firebase (Analytics and Cloud Messaging) to understand app usage, find problems and deliver notifications. These services process anonymous usage and device data under Google's own privacy policy.

Contact Form

If you contact us through the website, we use your name, email address and message only to reply to you.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
